Trainer For BPO company

About the role

The candidate will be responsible for providing process training, improving communication and calling skills, and preparing employees to meet business and performance targets.

What you'll do

• Conduct training sessions for new joiners and existing employees
• Provide training on insurance products, lead generation, calling techniques, and customer handling
• Explain process guidelines, scripts, company policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Improve employees’ communication, objection-handling, and sales skills
• Conduct mock calls, role-plays, assessments, and product knowledge tests

What you need

• 5–8 yrs of experience
• SOP writing
• Customer handling
• Sales
• Communication
• Any graduate
