Training Delivery - Infra

About the role

Develop and implement the annual training plan aligned with infrastructure and construction business requirements. Conduct Training Needs Assessment (TNA) and competency mapping for engineers, supervisors, technicians, and facility management personnel. Design, coordinate, and deliver technical training programs related to civil construction, project management, facilities management, quality, safety, and maintenance.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement the annual training plan aligned with infrastructure and construction business requirements
• Conduct Training Needs Assessment (TNA) and competency mapping for engineers, supervisors, technicians, and facility management personnel
• Design, coordinate, and deliver technical training programs related to civil construction, project management, facilities management, quality, safety, and maintenance
• Develop and update training content, SOPs, manuals, e-learning modules, and assessment tools
• Drive digital learning initiatives, including LMS, e-learning, VR/AR-based simulations, and AI-enabled learning solutions

What you need
