About the role

As a Training - EXE, you will play a vital role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our Customer Care Executives (CCEs). Your primary focus will be to design and implement effective training programs that empower our CCEs to excel in their roles. By staying updated with industry trends and best practices, you will continuously improve our training curriculum, ensuring our team remains at the forefront of customer service excellence.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute comprehensive training plans for new and existing CCEs
• Create engaging training materials, including manuals, videos, and interactive modules
• Evaluate and assess the performance of CCEs, providing constructive feedback and coaching
• Collaborate with team leads and managers to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards during training

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
