Training Manager-Cross Sell COE

About the role

The Training Manager – Cross Sell COE is responsible for preparing and guiding sales trainers to deliver effective training sessions. This role involves monitoring training quality, developing coaching plans for underperforming agents, and structuring training programs to meet financial objectives. The manager will also conduct training exercises, maintain knowledge articles, and develop tools based on training needs identified by the Quality Teams.

What you'll do

• Prepare Sales Trainers for effective delivery by conducting orientation on sales processes and products
• Monitor training sessions and provide feedback and value additions
• Develop individual coaching plans and refreshers for bottom quartile agents
• Structure training plans to meet financial objectives
• Conduct training sessions for new and current sales employees

What you need

• 4–7 yrs of experience
