What you'll do

Completely to be knowledgeable to conduct trainings
Clearly understand that training outcomes are synchronized to achieve organizational goals
Provide comprehensive on-the-job training to new joinees & crisp, concise training programs for existing
Ownership and accountability for effectiveness of training programs. Assist in preparing training content /
Reiteration material and ensure coverage of all OPS staff, twice a month. Ensure training sessions addresses
