Training Specialist II, OPTIMA

About the role

The Training Specialist II is a high-ownership individual contributor within Optima’s Training & Development organization, responsible for designing, executing, and continuously improving training programs that drive measurable business outcomes across 2 assigned programs.

What you'll do

• Responsible for designing, executing, and continuously improving training programs that drive measurable business outcomes across 2 assigned programs
• Design and implement end-to-end training programs for 2 processes — including new hire onboarding, cross-training, upskilling
• Own the full training lifecycle for assigned programs: SOP review, training plan creation, session delivery, OJT, CCS, and production sign-off
• Lead UATs and pilot annotation requests independently, partnering with Account Managers to ensure training readiness ahead of program launches
• Define and document launch readiness criteria, ensuring all dependencies are cleared before training begins
