About the role

Working with internal and external stakeholders who would consult him/her for finding solutions to various business problems - training.

What you'll do

• Collaborates with LOBs and cross-functional project teams to identify learning needs
• Conducts needs assessments to identify and evaluate training needs, develop training and instructional solutions, and assess training
• Provides and/or assists with consulting in all aspects related to training for organization-wide initiatives and projects; participates in the design
• Plans, designs, develops, delivers and consults on various training projects and instructional programs, using instructor-led, train-the trainer, electronic/web-based
• Recommends and/or implements innovative solutions, modifications and enhancements to training programs

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
• MS Office
• Curriculum development
• Excel
• PowerPoint
• Any graduate
