About the role
We are looking for a reliable logistics coordinator to be responsible for the preparation and management of company orders. A logistics coordinator’s responsibilities include reviewing shipment materials, data entry, coordinating drivers, and general supply chain duties. Cooperation to do the bio-security measures to all the vehicles
What you'll do
- Responsible for the preparation and management of company orders
- Communicating with other department staff and outside company personnel on the transport facilitation
- Maintaining Statutory records of the vehicle registration, maintenance, FC, insurance documents &etc as a valid
- Keeping login records of all the vehicles & Vehicle Tracking
- Monitor and report – Drivers issues, accidents, safety concerns etc. to the reporting manager and also necessary follow up action
