About the role

Understand customer requirements such as destination, departure city, travel date, number of passengers, hotel category, inclusions, trip purpose, and food preference. Prepare customized travel packages using suitable existing packages or creating new packages when required. Prepare quotations by reviewing the day-wise itinerary, hotels, flights, prices, and package inclusions.

What you'll do

• Manage assigned leads and initiate customer contact as per the daily sales plan
• Prepare customized travel packages using suitable existing packages or creating new packages when required
• Prepare quotations by reviewing the day-wise itinerary, hotels, flights, prices, and package inclusions
• Follow up with customers at the agreed time and record customer responses, changes, and next follow-up dates in the CRM
• Handle customer requests related to package changes, fare conditions, availability, and approved discounts
