UK Payroll Team Lead / SME

About the role

We are hiring an experienced UK Payroll Team Lead / SME to manage end-to-end UK payroll operations, ensure payroll accuracy and compliance, handle complex payroll queries, and provide technical guidance to team members.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end UK payroll processing
• Handle statutory payments, tax codes and workplace pensions
• Perform payroll reconciliations, audits, variance analysis and corrections
• Manage complex payroll cases, exceptions and escalations
• Coordinate team activities, quality checks and workload allocation

What you need

• 5–7 yrs of experience
