Unit Manager - Human Resources

About the role

We are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for managing end to end background verification process for new hires and existing employees for the organisation. The role ensures accurate data handling, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and ensure proper documentation to support compliant and risk free hiring decisions.

What you'll do

• Upload documents on system and manage cases through verification & vendor portals
• Coordinate with candidates to resolve document insufficiencies or discrepancies
• Review completed reports and drive closure basis case observations & scenarios
• Escalate major discrepancies to appropriate internal stakeholders
• Maintain secure and accurate records of all verification activities

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• HR operations
• MS Office
• Data privacy
• Excel
• PowerPoint
• BBA or MBA
