What you'll do

• Serves as the primary contact for clients and plan vendors
• Ensure client benefit plans' accuracy, perform quality checks of benefits-related data
• Assist clients and members with benefit claims issues, plan changes, enroll clients with carriers and Process life status changes
• Respond to benefits inquires on plan provisions
• Process and administers leave of absence requests and disability paperwork

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
• Any graduate
