About the role

You’ll be the first point of contact for inbound calls, turning everyday queries into positive, lasting impressions. Whether you’re clarifying a transaction, resolving a card issue, or guiding a customer through a digital service, your empathy, accuracy, and clear communication will define the experience.

What you'll do

• Deliver first-contact resolution for banking and card-related queries, from account inquiries to transaction support, billing questions, and service requests
• Maintain accurate data entry and case documentation while navigating multiple systems seamlessly
