What you'll do

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified healthcare professionals
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles
• Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions
