US IT/Non-IT Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for an experienced US IT/Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients.

What you'll do

• Handle end-to-end US IT & Non-IT recruitment
• Source candidates through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
• Screen candidates and assess skills, communication, and work authorization
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage closures
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS/CRM

What you need
