About the role

What you'll do

• Oversee and manage the preparation and review of simple to medium complex group entities/standalone tax returns for corporations and partnerships
• Collaborate with team and onshore to gather information necessary for tax returns
• Train new recruits, supervise and provide guidance
• Establish/ensure the optimal team structure, processes and procedures to achieve objectives in delivery of projects
• Manage people including recruitment, training, workload, coaching and development

What you need

• 4–7 yrs of experience
• Direct tax
• Accounting
• B.Com or MBA
