About the role

The UX Professional is a leader who owns the UX/CX for an entire product or service In this role, you will lead complex initiatives, resolve ambiguous challenges, and cultivate strong stakeholder relationships within your scope

What you'll do

• Leads the UX/CX for complex initiatives, projects, or products from concept through to successful implementation
• This includes managing intricate features, overarching designs, and critical value metrics across all their constituent digital solutions and services
• Communicates with clarity and impact, articulating complex information and ideas to diverse project or product-related stakeholders with different viewpoints (e.g.
• Leads and encourages proactive conversations to share ideas, build consensus on actions, and align strategic direction for their assigned initiatives
• Proactively manages stakeholder expectations and cultivates robust, trusting relationships throughout the entire project or product lifecycle

What you need
