VAT & Tax Compliance - Senior Manager

About the role

The Senior Manager – VAT & Tax Compliance will provide leadership and oversight of global VAT/GST, indirect tax, U.S. Sales & Use Tax, and corporate tax compliance activities supported from Bangalore. The role will be accountable for high-quality compliance delivery, effective governance and controls, and proactive management of tax risks and deadlines.

What you'll do

• VAT/GST & U.S. Sales and Use Tax
• Provide leadership and oversight of global VAT/GST, indirect tax, and U.S. Sales & Use Tax compliance activities
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation, review, and submission of tax returns, statutory filings, and related payments
• Maintain effective governance over global compliance calendars, proactively managing risks, exceptions, and overdue actions
• Oversee VAT/GST and use tax calculations, reconciliations, payments, supporting documentation, and alignment to general ledger and transactional data
