Vice President - Banca Sales

About the role

Strengthen relationships with banking partners and identify new partnership opportunities. Proven leadership experience managing large teams of 50+ members. Deep understanding of bank partnerships, distribution strategies, and revenue delivery. Background from fintech/payment firms or DSAs with banca exposure preferred; pure insurance banca profiles not ideal.

What you'll do

• Lead and scale a high-impact bancassurance channel across major markets
• Lead end-to-end management of bancassurance partnerships across assigned regions
• Drive revenue growth and achieve business targets through strategic channel development
• Build, manage, and mentor large sales teams (50+ members) to ensure high performance
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for banca-driven product distribution
