About the role

Lead the end-to-end process of designing, executing, analysing and scaling creative experiments across the emerging tech, gaming and platform innovation agenda for HUL brands that enables breakthrough content experiences, richer storytelling, stronger engagement and measurable business impact.

What you'll do

• Emerging Tech, Innovation and Problem Solving
• Reframe brand, category and business challenges through a tech-led innovation lens and identify where technology can unlock speed, scale, personalisation, participation
• Connect tech choices to brand truth, audience behaviour, culture, commerce and business outcomes
• Lead innovation across AI, AR, VR, interactive content, automation, mobile-tech, immersive experiences, social destinations
• Build sustainable experience engines that can support both tactical campaigns and longer-term platforms or IPs
