The Vice President, opportunity provides you with a chance to lead key strategic projects and execute related duties. President act as a thought partner and not just a supervisor for uninterrupted operations. You will be responsible for building and managing a team of Analysts and Associates, guiding them across multiple projects, and maintaining quality of deliverables. The role

What you'll do

• Align hiring strategies with business objectives by forecasting talent needs and implementing innovative sourcing models
• Partner with business leaders to design campus hiring strategies that strengthen talent pipelines across premier institutes
• Drive employer branding initiatives across top B-Schools pan India through digital campaigns and leadership connects
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners for seamless execution of recruitment and
• Leverage HR analytics to derive insights from talent data for improved hiring efficiency

What you need
