VP - AI Governance

About the role

The Chief Data Office (CDO) plays a key role in defining and implementing the firm's data strategy and is responsible for defining and overseeing effective data, Cloud and AI governance for Nomura to enable data-driven regulatory compliance, data risk mitigation and improved data usability for analytics and AI.

What you'll do

• Technology Implementation & Tooling : Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of AI governance technology solutions specifically for advanced AI technologies…
• Implement automated risk scoring mechanisms, bias detection tools, and continuous monitoring dashboards to scale risk management capabilities
• Initiative Management & Digital Program Delivery : Act as the business owner for piloting AI technologies and digitization initiatives, managing project timelines
• Apply agile methodologies and project management frameworks to deliver governance automation projects
• Process Digitization & Automation : Map current manual AI governance processes and design digitized workflows using tools such as workflow engines

What you need
