About the Role To drive business strategy, product development, and revenue growth for Custody and Capital Market services across Domestic and GIFT platforms, while ensuring regulatory compliance, strong governance, and effective product implementation. The role combines sales leadership, product commercialization, regulatory expertise, and cross‑functional execution.

What you'll do

• Drive business strategy and growth for Custody and Capital Market services across Domestic and GIFT City platforms
• Achieve revenue targets across Fee income, CDAB, AUC, and FX
• Lead product evaluation, commercialization, and go‑to‑market execution based on market and peer analysis
• Identify and implement new growth areas including Mutual Funds, Insurance, FPI, and AIF segments
• Sourcing New Customers & successful on-boarding under Custody

What you need
