About the role

CMO under CCMO operates various activities , one of them being Credit Operations for Broker Members To execute various securities documentation as per the sanctioned credit facilities terms Disbursement of Fund Based and Non-Funds Based facilities Preparation of various MIS for internal consumption

What you'll do

  • Preparation of draft Sanction Letters as per Credit Proposal sanctioned terms jointly with RMs
  • Execution of Security Documents as per sanction terms and coordinating with Legal Team
  • Tracking and fulfilling of post sanction covenants and publishing MIS for the same
  • Maintenance of Sanction limits – Both Fund Based and Non Fund Based Facilities
  • Opening of Overdraft accounts under Fund Based Disbursement Activities

What you need

  • 7–9 yrs of experience
  • MIS reporting
  • Audit
  • SEBI regulations
  • Any graduate

Good to have

  • Compliance
