About the role

They are also responsible for ensuring timely delivery, monitoring the health of the credit portfolio, prompt reporting of irregularities/ adversities noticed and co-ordination in recovery/ legal proceedings About the Role Service Relationship Manager acts as an interface between the bank and the client and is actively involved in Customer service.

  • Responsible for smooth functioning of all the Commercial Banking Operations units and ensure utmost customer (internal & external) satisfaction
  • Responsible for ensuring timely delivery, monitoring the health of the credit portfolio
  • Conduct unit/collateral inspection at stipulated intervals & preparation of reports
