About the role

The Business Development Manager has an opportunity to help businesses impact their culture by translating their values into concrete corporate practices and leadership behaviours that create a sustainable competitive advantage. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue in new logo accounts for the company and enlisting new partners into the businesses community.

• Generate revenue growth and ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction with the products and services
• Build relationships with senior executives at targeted companies through effective sales conversations and presentations primarily via the telephone and Web technology

• Demonstrated experience working successfully in a fast-paced, small-team environment
