Web Growth Manager

About the role

They research deeply, through search engines and increasingly through AI assistants, before they talk to sales. You will be the single owner of the marketing site: its visual design, user experience, build, and measurement stack. You'll report to marketing leadership and work daily with the marketing team, application engineers, sales, and the development teams behind our products.

What you'll do

• Own the site's creative and experience
• Design page layouts, UI components, and a reusable design system directly in Framer
• Create web graphics, illustrations, diagrams, product visuals, and simple animations that make technical products easy to grasp
• Shape the UX: information architecture, navigation, page flow, and calls to action that pull engineers from first visit to trial or demo
• Keep every product site and subdomain visually consistent, and set brand and style guidance others can follow
