Workday Data Consultant (India)

About the role

We are looking for a Workday Data Consultant (experience level will determine job title) who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success. Workday HCM, FIN, or Payroll Certification (Required) Practical experience handling data loads for HCM, Financials or Payroll (Required)

What you'll do

• Prepare, format, and load data into Workday using standard migration tools, including EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders) and iLoads
• Work with project leads and client templates to map legacy source data into Workday data collection workbooks
• Run validation cycles to identify, investigate, and fix data load errors, formatting issues, and reconciliation discrepancies
• Assist in generating data reconciliation reports to prove data accuracy to the client and project team before go-live
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants (HCM, Payroll, and Financials) to ensure data is aligned with the configured tenant settings
