About the role

As an Extend Consultant, you are the bridge between a client’s "I wish Workday could do this" and a fully functional, production-ready application. You will use the Workday App Builder and Orchestration Builder to create seamless experiences that live natively within the Workday UI. Since our team is small, your templates and "best practices" will become the foundation for all future hires.

What you'll do

  • Build the "Un-buildable" on the Workday Platform
  • Help define our development standards and build solutions that truly didn't exist before
  • Use the Workday App Builder and Orchestration Builder to create seamless experiences that live natively within the Workday UI
  • Design & Prototype: Translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints including UI flows, security domains, and data models
  • Troubleshoot & Optimize: Debug complex logic within orchestrations and perform root-cause analysis on app performance or security issues

What you need

  • 3–6 yrs of experience
  • Workday
  • REST APIs
  • Data modelling
  • Root cause analysis
  • Any graduate
