Workday Functional Payroll Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Functional Payroll Consultant to support payroll system implementation, configuration, and process optimization for client environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll processing and systems, with a deep understanding of statutory compliance and integrations with HR and finance modules.

What you'll do

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to payroll processing and compliance
• Configure payroll rules, pay components, pay groups, and calendars in alignment with organizational policies and statutory requirements
• Support end-to-end payroll operations including pre-payroll, payroll run, and post-payroll activities
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams for accurate data flow between HRIS, time tracking, and payroll systems
