About the role

We have an exciting opportunity available for an Integrations Manager to lead our Workday Integrations team! As the Manager, you are not only responsible for coaching and assisting consultants on your team with career development, but you will also play an active role in client engagement, as well as serve as the subject matter expert for Workday integrations.

What you'll do

  • Manage a team of FTE Workday Consultants as well as independent consultants
  • Execute initiatives and communications using a value-first mindset
  • Communicate assignments to direct reports
  • Lead regular career development conversations with direct reports and identify candidates for promotion
  • Identify career or functional/technical training opportunities for direct reports

What you need

  • 5–9 yrs of experience
