Workday Payroll Managed Services Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a customer-focused Workday Payroll Managed Services Consultant to help organizations optimize their payroll operations through effective system configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing functional support. In this remote, full-time role, you will serve as a trusted payroll specialist, partnering directly with clients to resolve issues, improve processes, and deliver reliable Workday solutions.

What you'll do

• Provide expert customer support: Act as a dedicated Workday Payroll specialist, advising clients on platform functionality, best practices, solutions
• Troubleshoot payroll issues: Work directly with customers to investigate, resolve
• Coordinate payroll integrations: Serve as a liaison between ADP and Workday, monitoring SmartCompliance activities and coordinating issue resolution to support accurate
• Configure payroll solutions: Set up and maintain Workday payroll components, reports
• Support implementation activities: Apply Workday implementation methodologies and assist with pre-production tasks, including executing test scripts
