Workday Support Specialist / Workday Functional Analyst (Tier 2 and Tier 3 work overlap)

About the role

Embedded within one or two client teams, you will handle escalated support requests involving system configurations, business processes, reporting, and integrations. You will investigate complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver effective solutions while maintaining high service standards.

What you'll do

• Provide Tier 2 Workday functional and technical support as an embedded resource within one or two client teams, covering modules such as HCM, Payroll, Benefits
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve escalated Workday issues involving business process configurations, system functionality, and basic integrations
• Perform root cause analysis on recurring technical and functional issues, identifying improvement opportunities and recommending client-specific solutions
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday business processes and reports according to client requirements and the scope of Tier 2 support
• Identify advanced configuration and integration challenges and escalate them to Tier 3 consulting teams with comprehensive documentation and troubleshooting details
