YouTube Marketing Executive

About the role

We're looking for a YouTube Marketing Executive who understands how content works, can spot what makes a video interesting, and is comfortable being in front of the camera. This role is a mix of content marketing, YouTube growth and content creation . You'll help us identify the right topics, understand what people are searching for, work on titles and thumbnails, shape scripts, study performance and improve what we create.

What you'll do

• Own YouTube content from idea to publishing and performance analysis
• Identify video opportunities through YouTube search, audience comments, trends, competitor research, internal teams and customer questions
• Work on the positioning and packaging of videos, including the topic, angle, title, hook and thumbnail direction
• Work across both long-form videos and Shorts
• Adapt content for different languages and audiences instead of simply translating the same script
