• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the assigned zone, ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements across functions and locations
• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, including manpower requisition, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, offer rollout, documentation
• Source quality candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, professional networking platforms, employee referrals, headhunting, social media
• Conduct preliminary screening and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, competencies, cultural fit
• Coordinate with hiring managers and departmental heads to understand manpower requirements, provide regular recruitment updates
