About the role

We're looking for someone who has: Experience working as an HR business partner. Confidence working with managers and business stakeholders. Experience handling workforce planning and hiring needs. Clear communication skills for working across teams. Opportunity to work in Mumbai with regional HR teams.

What you'll do

• Work with zonal business teams on people plans and workforce needs
• Guide managers on employee matters and day-to-day HR queries
• Help deliver HR policies and people processes across both zones
• Track workforce updates and share clear inputs with relevant teams
• Work with internal stakeholders to resolve employee concerns
