About the role

Driving business growth through identification of new market segments for achievement of periodical targets with a view to optimize sales and revenue. Leading a sales team of Regional Sales Managers and Cluster Managers to augment the Business Correspondent (BC) network of various financial institution & Direct sales channel.

• Build strategic partnerships with Universal Banks, NBFCs, NBFC-MFIs, Payment Banks
• Managing collection team of given region & monitor the regular collection done by the team to achieve monthly collection target
