Zonal Sales Manager - Oncology

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Zonal Sales Manager to lead oncology sales operations, drive commercial growth, and expand product reach across an assigned territory. In this strategic leadership role, you will develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue targets while managing and coaching a specialized team of oncology sales professionals.

What you'll do

• Recruit, onboard, lead, and mentor Oncology Sales Specialists, supporting their professional development and performance
• Conduct regular field visits, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and evaluate individual and team results
• Build a high-performing, compliant, and patient-focused sales culture
• Develop and implement territory business plans to maximize product penetration and achieve or exceed revenue targets
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales dashboards to identify opportunities and refine commercial strategies
