About the role
To provide solution design and business support across the zone by aligning customer requirements with banking products, services, and business objectives. Engage with RMs and client teams to understand receivables/payables needs. Support solution proposals, demos, and POCs. Recommend optimal payment/collection modes (NEFT, RTGS, UPI, etc.).
