About the role

To manage end-to-end sourcing for a specific apparel category (Men's, Women's, or Kids') across V-Mart stores, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality, and timely procurement. The role focuses on vendor management, category strategy, quality standards, and seasonal delivery schedules, while merchandising, production, and vendors for category performance

What you'll do

• Develop and execute category-specific sourcing strategies aligned with
• Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors for cost, quality, and compliance
• Negotiate costs, MOQs, lead times, and payment terms to achieve margin targets
• Ensure timely sampling, production, and deliveries as per seasonal calendars
• Monitor fabric sourcing, trims, garment quality, and adherence to category
