About the role
Role - Regional managers will be responsible for leading a team of -10 FLS (Area Managers) who will be responsible to create a team of Partner offices (HNI accounts) with a minimum business commitment of 30L. ??Prior experience in Variable Agency sales is a plus ??Experience in acquiring & handling large accounts in insurance/BFS|/FMCG/FMCD etc, is a plus
