About the role
Build strong relationships with Branch Heads, Cluster Heads, RMs and key bank stakeholders to increase insurance penetration. Lead, mentor and monitor the performance of the FLS/RO/BSM team , including regular reviews, coaching and joint sales calls. Identify branch-wise opportunities, strengthen lead generation, seller activation and conversion , and execute business strategies.
What you'll do
- Drive achievement of premium, revenue, productivity and policy targets across mapped bank branches
- Build strong relationships with Branch Heads, Cluster Heads, RMs and key bank stakeholders to increase insurance penetration
- Lead, mentor and monitor the performance of the FLS/RO/BSM team , including regular reviews, coaching and joint sales calls
- Identify branch-wise opportunities, strengthen lead generation, seller activation and conversion , and execute business strategies
- Conduct product and sales training for bank staff and drive contests, R&R and branch engagement
