What you'll do
- Drive business growth for Retail Secured Loan products through the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel by achieving location-level sourcing, disbursement
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to ensure optimum productivity, target achievement, and adherence to business objectives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and channel partners while expanding the network through onboarding of new business partners
- Monitor the end-to-end loan sourcing process, ensuring compliance with credit, risk, operational, and regulatory guidelines
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to increase market penetration and strengthen the branch's secured lending portfolio
