About the role
This job involves managing complete Customer reconciliation (Invoice, RTV, QDN, Shortages, Payment) and Discount and GST working, LC process, Off Invoice discount checking, Shrinkage calculation Agreement part, Pricing, Credit Management, Scheme Management, Debtors Management, Receivables and Customer Service Initiative.
What you'll do
- KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters) KRA1 Customer Management – Large Format and Depletion Key Account Management
- Managing the MIS reports and providing the same to seniors
- Responsible for customer reconciliation
- Manage Returns Reco and Shortages reco
- Manage Off Invoice discount report
