About the role

A confident candidate who will be the face of the company and take care of the customer support and operational activities of the company. They should have managerial experience, understand ins and outs of the product, company and space Company works in to provide appropriate clarifications and solutions.

What you'll do

• Understand the ins and outs of the product, company and space Fello works in to provide appropriate clarifications and solutions
• Be responsible for providing support across WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, chat, email and phone
• Contribute in product development and fixes by reporting issues and suggestions shared by the customers
• Provide prompt and fast resolution and make sure that the solution is given in time
• Participate in meetings and activities held to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
