About the role
We at DigiMantra are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Associates to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a keen interest in client interaction, and a willingness to learn and grow in the field of business development.
What you'll do
- Identify and connect with potential clients through various channels (Upwork, LinkedIn sales Navigator, cold calling, email outreach etc.)
- Understand client requirements and present suitable IT service solutions
- Generate leads and support the sales pipeline
- Assist in proposal writing and client communication
- Work on bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc
