About the role
We are looking for a proactive, result-oriented, and customer-focused Executive – Sales & Business Development to support business growth in the Indian domestic market. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying prospective clients, developing business relationships, and creating new sales opportunities across Banking, FinTech, Telecom, Government, and other relevant industries.
What you'll do
- Support the company’s domestic sales and business development strategy by identifying new business opportunities and potential customer segments
- Research target industries, market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements to identify opportunities for business expansion
- Build and develop a pipeline of prospective customers across Banking, FinTech, Telecom, Government, Financial Services, and other relevant sectors
- Contribute to customer acquisition and revenue growth by developing new accounts and supporting the conversion of business opportunities
- Align lead generation and prospecting activities with organizational sales objectives and assigned business targets
