About the role
This is a high-impact, high-ownership role working directly with the Founder & CEO, driving 0-1 projects and building Goodera into an AI-native, product-led company. You will act as both a thought partner and execution driver, ensuring that critical cross-functional initiatives move from idea to outcome with speed, clarity, and accountability.
What you'll do
- Work with the Category team to brainstorm, test, iterate, and improve new volunteering activities based on on-the-ground insights and nonprofit partner feedback
- Lead 0 to 1 and strategic initiatives as needed by the Founder (new programs, pilots, org-level priorities)
- Product Strategy & Execution
- Ensure product development is aligned with customer needs, business goals, and scalability requirements
- Contribute to decisions on product roadmap, feature prioritization, and platform capabilities
