Program Manager

About the role

The Program Manager is responsible for operationalizing and supporting Goodera's events for our large enterprise client, through meticulous data management, cross-functional coordination, and logistics tracking. In this role, you will maintain central event trackers tailored to the needs of the client, bridge communication between internal teams and CSMs, ensure the timely dispatch of materials, and create clear event briefs.

What you'll do

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipping and event data in internal systems used by Program Managers and Customer Success Managers
• Update and manage the central event tracker by working with sub-teams in the Experience team; ensure data completeness and accuracy (a key performance metric)
• Maintain client context information and relay event-related details to the Experience team for smooth planning and execution
• Monitor internal systems to track shipping requirements and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch of
• Create clear and comprehensive event briefs (for outdoor, kiosk, or other formats) to enable hosts to deliver engaging events
