About the role
You will build the infrastructure that lets all of them move faster and stay consistent. You'll own the systems behind the category: where materials live, how event briefs are structured, how activities move from idea to blockbuster, how campaigns are planned, and how performance is reported. You'll work alongside the Category Managers, Experience and Activity Designers, Content, Product, and GTM.
What you'll do
- Category Ownership & P&L Management
- Establish dashboards to track end-to-end performance of multiple volunteering offerings, including revenue, margins, and scalability
- Support decisions on pricing, cost structures, and unit economics to ensure commercial viability and profitability
- Track SKU-wise performance metrics and drive continuous optimization of revenue and margins
- Identify opportunities to expand, refine, or sunset offerings based on business impact
